PCC Rock Creek Campus
A modern child development center & learning garden
PCC hired SEA to evaluate the suitability of two potential sites on its Rock Creek Campus to build a new childcare center. Based upon SEA’s report and recommendations, PCC selected its preferred site and engaged SEA to design the new childcare center. Building on the success of the recently completed PCC SE Campus childcare facility, the new 7,800 sqft (9,400 sqft if you include the covered walkway and play area) center features three classrooms, a large multi-purpose space, covered outdoor play area and a nature-inspired playground. The initial program was also expanded to include an infant care classroom. The childcare center achieved Earth Advantage Commercial Gold.
