Clackamas Fire Station 12 Remodel

Rural fire station updated for wildfire prevention

Clackamas Fire District Station 12, previously operated as a rural volunteer station, was renovated into a full service station after the District received levy funding for the rural station to provide fire response and prevention in the community. The station supports two fire responders and one chief during each shift. The District prioritized function, operations, and sustainability for the project. The renovation included devising spaces into new sleeping quarters, updating the bathrooms and kitchen, replacing HVAC systems, structurally reinforcing the second floor fitness area, new laundry area, and all new paint, lighting, and fixtures throughout.
