Centennial Place provides safe and affordable housing to those that need it the most; Oregon residents with mental illness and addictions. Preference is also given to residents with students in the surrounding school district that are, or are at risk of becoming homeless. Amenities include 71 apartments, a family-friendly community room, courtyard, lounges, and laundry. Design features include gabled roofs, shingled facades, large operable windows, ground-floor patios, a central courtyard, solid wood kitchens, and a full solar panel array. This project has a goal of Earth Advantage Gold.
